IT HAS BEEN A WHILE

If you are worrying about the condition of my mom, don´t. She was progressing, but not fast enough for me, progressing anyway is what counts.

Everything in my household is working, thank God, I hope I won´t jinx it...except my little red car. It is beyond repair! More precisely, it is not profitable to repair them! Imagine that! I am more than sure that it isn´t my fault at all.

They performed smoothly until my husband decided to drive them daily, not that he would admit that that statement was true. You see, my little red Panda is a fine and subtle car, it requires gentle treatment and speed driving on an open road. It always purred under my hands, practically glid on the road.

My husband is a large man with long legs and strong arms, so imagine him in my sweet little Panda. He ruthlessly drove over potholes (many of them), over speed bumps (not that they lack in the city), turned the wheel, and stepped on the break roughly...like any other man. So, my conclusion is:  ˝ He did it ˝... But, you know it´s not worth crying over spilled milk˝, as they say.

So, I look at my poor little red car from a balcony every morning and wonder what to do with it.

I am sure it´s easier for men to replace old broken cars. They always want a new, better, and faster machine.

We, women, are more attached to them. Me, for example...

When I bought my Panda I was so excited. It was just what I wanted. You see, I always drove big cars and loved them, but there were problems with parking in the city area, a lack of them, which is not a problem with the small ones. I fell in love with it imediatelly. Then I put new covers, I shouldn´t need to emphasize with flowers and butterflies, a red phone holder, a red gearbox cap, and black and red floor mats. It was like a candy for me. And, now, I have to sell it ...Sad isn´t it?

I decided to wait for a little longer before letting them go and buy another beauty, red of course.

I know that all women understand me completely.

P.S. Just to add, my husband won´t drive it, well not all the time...maybe.
